Iced Spice Dream

We love experimenting with different concoctions and flavours here at BBTC as you know, and our most recent session was with SPICE DREAM. Whilst this is a deliciously healthy caffeine-free chai latte for winter, you can also prepare it as a rich and decadent cool drink for Summer. This is a great caffeine-free substitute for an iced coffee or chai.

What you will need-:

  • BBTC’s Spice Dream
  • Milk of your choice (soy, dairy, almond, oat or macadamia)
  • Your favourite glasses 
  • A jug for brewing
  • Honey to taste
  • Cinnamon to sprinkle

Method:

Place 4 level teaspoons of Spice Dream into a jug with 100mls of boiling water and stir vigorously; add 4 cups of cold milk of your choice into the jug; strain the spice sediment If you wish (I choose to keep mine in!); serve over ice with a touch of honey and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
