Low Allergy & Immune Boosting Smoothie

Smoothies are a great way to provide your body with lots of immune boosting nutrients. Smoothies are also easy to digest from their “pureed” consistency taking the burden off the digestive process, giving your body more energy to do other things. This paleo, immune-boosting smoothie is packed full of specific ingredients targeted at healing the gut lining (flaxseed oil), boosting your detoxification pathways and promoting optimal immune function.

Quick and easy to make this smoothie is made from whole ingredients.  It’s gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free and preservative-free.

Ingredients-:

  • 1 banana
  • ½ avocado
  • 300mls coconut water
  • 1tsp superfood green powder
  • 1 tsp tahini
  • 1 tsp flaxseed oil
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • Optional- Add a plant-protein powder for some extra protein as well as a probiotic powder to assist gut health. Aloe Vera juice is also beneficial and can help to soothe and heal the gut lining.
